Pap smear is to collect samples at the cervix, and use the samples for laboratory tests to check the appearance of HPV virus and cancerous lesions in the uterus. This test is mainly used to diagnose cervical cancer.

It is recommended for women to take this test once every two or a maximum of three years periodically to ensure the health of the uterus and cervix and detect any abnormalities as soon as possible to take appropriate actions before it exacerbates.
